SimSwap Not Working

Hello,

Any help on this would be appreciated. I am trying to swap a sim over having got a new phone (Galaxy s3) that takes the micro sim.
I've tried both the online simswap system and the text 20220 system but both keep rejecting my Sim serial number for the new sim.
I am putting in the 19 numbers as the SSN. There are also 4 more digits "3FF3" at the end which I have tried including or excluding but to no avail.

Anyone have any suggestions?

If you phone them, they should be able to help.  I believe it has happened to a few others, and it was straight away by phoning (if you manage to get through ).

I now feel a slight fool...

Turns out it was not working because it was already done when the new phone arrived! 

Ah well. It's all working now!
