Hi,
I have just joined O2 and bought a new phone on Thursday (iPhone 13). The upfront costs were taken out of my account immediately and I received a notification to say that my order has been accepted and will be ready for in-store collection today. When I went into the store, my phone wasn't on their system. I've only just managed to log into MyO2 and it is now saying that my order is still under review? Does this mean that I am now not likely to get my new phone today? I ordered for collection because my current phone is broken and I really needed the new one ASAP! Frustrating.
