The problem you encountered has been highlighted in many other threads besides this one and the one you started yesterday. Your situation is not unique. It's happened to many others, many times. If anyone is at fault, it's the phone manufacturers setting mobile data to on as the default setting. This is something that should be addressed.

Not really as it is the purpose of a Smartphone and as important to it's ability to function as the battery is.....
