I paid early to leave my current contract on the 29th of August and today (5th Dec) I still have not received it.
Each time I contact I am told your order is still in processing with no update on when that will change. Then I have been told it will be escalated and I will be contact (which doesnt happen).
Over 5+ convos since then on phone and online chat I get no further. I just keep getting told they will PERSONALLY look into it and get back to me.
I am currently paying 15 pound more on my airtime as my new contract wont start until I receive my new phone.
I have also sent an email to complainreviewservice@o2.com with no response.
So basically please help 🙂
