I have not received any messages to say the switch will happen. I have thr PAC code when I took the contract out, but I have no idea when to expect this to happen. Tried to do an online chat with O2 since Friday and that keep getting aessahe thay they are busy and to try again later.
Does any one know how long it takes and if I should receive a text to say when it will happen.

You won't have heard anything over the weekend re your switch.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
