You told me you would provide my bills with aVAT invoice but you still haven't done this. Please do this now.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@DJE We are all customers here so we can't do anything but refer you back to O2 by the links provided.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As MyO2 informs you (web version) - you do need to contact O2 to enable VAT invoicing on your account - as advised above by others. You can reach out to O2 via Social Media, turnaround time if you peter them every so often is about 2 to 2.5days to get someone to engage with you. Good luck, @DJE.
