If I take out a 36 month contract, what is the minimum term before you become eligible for an upgrade?

With refresh, you can pay off the device plan and upgrade at anytime you like.

Thanks, but what about if you aren't on o2 refresh. So without having to pay off the rest of the phone/contract price?

A 36 month plan is refresh, but you can still pay off any contract and upgrade at anytime.

If you don't pay it off, you can;t upgrade without a cancellation fee for the full term.

If you take out a 36 month contract then it is for 36 months.
o2 sometimes sends out offers of paying off part of your contract, but those are limited and by invitation only.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
