Hi
I have received an email saying I can upgrade early and you will pay the difference for me to upgrade.
I would like more information please as have previously told I can upgrade but then was told only my sons account could upgrade.
I have been looking at alternative contract companies because of this due to the fact I am paying more for an iPhone 8 than I am paying for my sons iPhone 12 so if there is anything you can do to upgrade my device I would really appreciate someone letting me know what my options are.

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
