I'm due an upgrade but want to keep the phone and move to sim only, ideally keeping the same number. Can this be done?

@Georgina1 you can also do this quickly and easily by logging into your MyO2 and choosing the upgrade option.

Just choose a SIM only tariff rather than a phone contract http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

@Georgina1 Yes it can. You need to speak to customer service. Just call 202 for free from your mobile.
