Be selected 02 recycle along with upgrade to new phone (I’ve gone through credit check and accepted) but then stayed at checkout issue with recycle and to clear basket? But states if I do that il have to have another credit check? They’ve also took a reserve payment for the device ? Any ideas ? Will they help over the phone . I’ve tried taking out the selection of recycle the device I currently have but it’s greyed out

The first credit check is just a soft check for pre acceptance.
The full check only happens at the very end.

Thanks, I think I was at the end? Did affordability then clicked happy to continue where it said will complete credit check which stated passed. (I’m an existing customer and my recycle device is paid off) but it just states issue with recycle selection 🥴 honestly hate this online way of things
