Upgrade Fee

Why am I being quoted a fee of £166 if I want to upgrade to a new handset, this is on top of the price of the new handset.  Previously while on Sim only upgrades have always quotes as being free.  I might just buy an iPhone direct from Apple.

I am Sim only which runs to August 2024
