Unlocking my new phone on eBay to my o2 sim

I've had to get a replacement phone while my o2 phone gets fixed. The trouble is my new phone seems to not accept my o2 sim as its an ex phone. Its asking for a sim lock code I've entered my imei number but not accepted can anyone help as I need my phone on please.

If it's network locked you need to find out which network and request the unlock from them

There will be an online form on their website

It's locked to ee its just a cheap phone £30 but can't really wait till tomorrow to unlock it

You need to speak to ee.

There's nothing O2 can do with it.

I'm sorry but O2 won't be unable to unlock it

It has to be done by the parent network unless you use a local phone shop

@Amyc You aren't going to get anything done about your phone from any network at the late hour you first posted. If you need to make calls, download Skype and buy a small amount of credit to make calls:
