Unable to receive incoming text message. Have contacted customer services who are fobbing me off with possible engineering works in the area but my giff gaff account is not affected, which also runs off the O2 network. Have been encountering this problem for two days now and am unable to access any account that requires two factor authentication : banks, email etc
