Unable to make or receive calls

I upgraded yesterday morning have kept the same number. I was told it could take up to 24hrs for service to start on my new SIM. My phone is showing O2 service and I am able to send texts but unable to call out or receive incoming calls

Mine is the same, I did not have this issue when I moved to Vodafone from ee, I can’t see how hard this is to complete

Keep rebooting your phones @Smileyfem @FeeFee.

It can take up to 6pm for the port to complete (although it is normally complete before this).

There is some advice in the guide below about porting in to o2.

Same issue for 6 days. O2 Technical team are taking way too long to deal with this
