Unable to buy bolt-on over 100mb

Hello,

 

Over the past couple of days I've been trying to buy a data bolt on. The only option is to buy a 100mb for £5.50. The larger data bolts on which are better value seem to be blocked. I've tried the app and the website. On the app, it doesn't allow me to increase the data total. On the website, when I click on the link for a larger bolt-on, it goes to an error 500 page. 

 

Has O2 changed it's T&Cs so that you can only buy the very expensive data? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Stuck on 100MB, unable to increase.

As you will have read above, a known issue with no solution yet. Contact O2 via Social Media, either link just below, to see if they can apply the bolt-on for you, @KK0402HK.
