So all my bills have been paid on time. I checked with 02 direct via phone and my bills are great no missed or delayed payments..
I just wanted to ask does the page displaying the 1 day to get a new device change to a selection of phone's? Or do I just go into the shop and click upgrade????

Thanks for the swift reply. Do upgrades come with upfront costs? 02 Staff told me they don't but you know what information is like people tell different things lol. I'm after the S21 Ultra 256gb.... fingers crossed.

You need to go to the phone you want and then you can adjust the amount of upfront cost, data and duration of device plan.
