I joined O2 from different network and submitted my PAC code to keep my old number. I received a new sim from O2 with a new telephone number! Very disappointed trying to contact O2 to transfer my old number, no support at all O2.
Anyone could help me, please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

The same thing happened to me, spent over an hour on hold waiting to speak to someone last Thursday and they told me my number would be switched over within 24hours but still nothing. No support in the o2 store either not impressed with the customer service. I'll update you if I ever get this sorted
