Too many Sync subscriptions on contract

I’ve just discovered when going into the O2 shop to potentially upgrade that I’ve got two Sync subscriptions on my account. Therefore, I’ve been over charged since I took this contract out in January 2023, therefore, please can this be refunded as it is not required or needed.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.
