Hello,
As the title says, I arranged my new O2 tariff through Virgin Media, as an existing customer of their broadband. Through my Virgin account, I acquired an O2 pay monthly deal of unlimited data, calls, and texts for £20. However, My O2 is showing my tariff as 250GB data, unlimited calls and texts for £25 / month.
At first, I thought it might have just been an error, as I only signed up this week, but I've now had my first bill come through (to be paid 5th July) and the O2 price/data are still the details shown on my account / bill.
Anyone had similar issues buying through Virgin?
