I need to swap sims over. I put my new sim in my iPhone 12 and entered my ssn code in to the swap my sim over but it said oops something went wrong. Now I can’t phone out

You need to use your old sim to text Swap to 20220

You will receive a code to that sim and then you need to reply to the message with the new SSN

Once that sim loses connection you insert the new sim
