Stolen phone

Hi,  I reported a stolen phone on Tuesday morning (5th) and I was wondering when the replacement sim card will arrive.

Plz remove your phone number to stop spam.

I've highlighted to mods too.

The replacement sim should come in a few days.

Here is the link to perform the swapmysim to move your tariff and number to the new sim card.

Or do it in an O2 store.

If it does not arrive then ring customer services or use live chat to ask for one or pop into your local 02 shop for one.

You will need to call o2 when your sorted with the new sim to remove the call bar they will have placed on your account.

The 'contact us' tab at the bottom of the page holds all the numbers you will need.

with a stolen phone you cannot use the swapmysim process.

When the sim arrives you need to ring o2 and ensure they activate that sim card to your account and remove and account bars that are still in place.
