Hello there,
I am an existing O2 customer with a PAYG mobile number. I have been trying to take out a new contract and move my existing mobile number from Three to O2. On the checkout page I am asked whether I am a new or existing customer. After clicking on existing customer and logging in, I keep receiving a general ‘Something went wrong’ error page. I have tried many times over the past hour but can’t get any further than this.
Please could someone assist?
