Hi. Had a nightmare this week replacing my lost phone. Finally got new phone and replacement sim. Activated via Customer services yesterday morning. Still not activated 🙃
I rang as its been over 24 hrs. They said 02 has a major technical issue and that why its still not connected
Anyone else stuck in limbo or am I being fobed off???

O2 will place bars on your account when you report a loss, so call back and make sure the bars have been lifted.

Thanks, tried a few timed. It said there are no issues??? I just don't know why it's not on yet. They said wait another 24hrs!!! 2 days to activate a sim, should take 2 hrs. Frustrating
