If an early termination fee is going to be charged on changing a contract is it shown as an upfront cost in the initial order or will it turn up on the next bill?

@MyPhoneRang

It's shown clearly during the checkout process but there are no termination fees if taking a new simo on a new 12, 18 or 24 month contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@MI5thank you for your reply.

My order email just shows the tariff fee with £0 upfront cost.

I were suprised it was allowing me to change to another contract when I were only 6 months into my last one.

It's free to change as long as you are extending the term, so in your case, a new contract over 6 months duration is a free change.

So that's longer than the 18 months you had left so are extending the term @MyPhoneRang
