Signal when calling

I cant get a signal at home when calling on my mobile. This has occured since i switched from virgin media broadband to ee. My mobile now is useless

OK. Were you using WiFi Calling when connected to your Virgin Broadband?

First thing to check now is if your phone is connected  with your EE broadband WiFi as it will have a different username and password
