Should I stay or should I go?

Hey!

I called the O2 support few hours ago about getting my PAC code, cuz I've decided to switch network provider. I got every information what I needed, but before the O2 assistant asked me the reason why I wanted to switch. I explained that was about a 3mobile tariff what seemed good for me (for 15 pounds I could get 300 mins, 3000 texts and unlimited data for 1 month), but your colleague offered me a package what contains 2GB internet too. That made me think, and I'd like to know the best option what is similiar to the 3mobile offer, because I've been your costumer for more than 2 years, and I had no problem with your service so far. So if you have any options what can be acceptable, please contact me, cuz I might change my mind of switching for a new provider.

Thanks a lot!

Z

We are all customers here so we can only give you advice from our own experience.

Personally I would rather pay a little bit more and get good signal strength and customer service than go with a company that doesn't have the best record.

dont go go 3, i used to be on o2 pay as go then i left to go with 3 who promiced me good signal in my area, it took me months of arguments for them to offer me £2 of a month for the signal problem, i couldnt understand the people i was talking to and everytime i had to make a call or text i had to walk to the local field, in the end they decided to let me cancell my contract free of charge
