I've been on hold with customer services for 45 minutes trying to get a pac code. I've been told several times that there is only a 15 minute wait.

Sorry to hear this @Anonymous. Wait times can vary a lot. Personally I find the best time to phone is first thing in the morning about 8.30am...

It's something that's an ongoing issue at o2 atm, you need to try early in the morning. I usually only wait a few mins if I'm ringing at 8:30am..!
