I would like to set a spend cap as I'm travelling. But I can't unless I 'upgrade'. All of the upgrade options are significantly more expense. Do we know if O2 will match my existing contract and allow spend caps?

Also, I want to add a travel bolt on, which appears to be free. But I thought it was £6 a day. How does it work?

Spend caps don't apply when roaming so no point changing tariff, even though I can't see why you would need to anyway Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2

O2 travel is a free bolt on but when abroad you are charged £6 per day for roaming allowances.

See guide Guide: Roaming MegaGuide

Ok now I understand the free travel bolt on. It only charges you when you use it.

But now if is saying I'll loose my EU bolt on if I use it? Will I get the EU bolt on back?

EU bolt on bit is an old legacy message that is not applicable anymore.

Something that needs to be removed from the warning @Dave-O2
