Service charge to reactivate phone

Morning. 

I am trying to use my phone and it is not working. I made a payment yesterday and my phone still doesn't work. I called 202 and a bunch of other service numbers and the automated voice tells me, I have no payments to make butni need to make a payment to reactivate. Could you tell me how much and where to pay as the automated voice won't let me speak to a customer service rep.

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
