Hi, I have the new Samsung S20 5G and have nothing but trouble since I got it. When my contacts call me it comes up with unknown number. I have tried everything from settings, turning it on and off, I've been back and fourth on the phone from 02 12 times and still nobody can help. I've even had to call Samsung 4 times but they say it is a network problem. Anybody had the same issue? It's only a few days old this contract so may have to cancel it as no point paying for a tariff and a faulty device!! Nightmare!!!

It's a common issue on here with that phone.

You must get customer service to escalate your issue for resolution.

Welcome to the o2 Community Forum.

Sorry to hear the difficulties with the Samsung S20 5G

I read that you have carried out most things and called o2.

If it were me I would re-think the whole thing too.

I just can't stand fiddling with tech that is reluctant to just

bounce into life and perform.
