Finding it frustrating that we can't find out when O2 are going to receive new stock in or have they got stock when are we likely to receive are orders. Does anybody have any information on this and will the ear buds voucher still be valid

We think they are still getting stock in as someone got theirs today. However, we can't be sure. It's a wait and see game now. Frustrating for everyone really.

The voucher should be valid if everything is on hold. Again, that's just a guess.

As long as you ordered before 8 March and claim before 31 May the earbuds offer is valid.

So I've just checked there website and it says they are in stock box why the delay?

O2 don't have a live stock system so most phones show in stock even when they aren't.

o2 does not have a live stock system, so until they go to find it they don't know what they do or don't have.
everything on the o2 website shows as in stock, whether they have any or not...
