Does a travel bolt on automatically get removed or do I have to request its removal so I don’t get charged the next month?

@Righty

You only get charged when travelling.

No need to cancel when back in UK.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As per @MI5 you don't need to cancel

Mine is permanently on so it's one less thing to think about when going away.

Nothing worse than landing in a country where data is £7.50 per MB and you realise you forgot to turn it on.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Not sure if still the case, but it always used to be added automatically to all contracts?

Yes indeed. Not that I travel those distances nowadays but a bit of a cheek I think!
