I still haven't received my purecard gift card from when I renewed my contract back in Dec 22. I've received an email saying that it's on its way and needs to be registered within 3 months but as of yet still haven't actually received the card. Any help you can give me about this would be well appreciated.

Your digital gift card will be emailed to you 90 days after purchase if you remain on an eligible contract. The email will be issued from o2@purecard.com and will contain instructions on how to register your digital gift card.
If you have claimed online and your digital gift card hasn't arrived within 95 days of purchase please contact our customer service team on 0345 600 2098* or email help@o2redeem.co.uk.
Lines are open Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm.
