Premium calls

Could somebody tell me if calls to 01, 02, and 03 numbers free ? I need to phone sky soon regarding my sports package but I’m not sure if I’ll be charged premium rates

Hi @JDB1 

Those numbers are included in your allowances and you wont be charged extra.

Calls to 03 and 070 numbers cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers starting 01 or 02, and are included in your minutes and texts as part of your tariff.
