Dear O2,
I am using sim contact last six months, I am facing problems with the network at my home area in Harrow as well as at my workplace in the Richmond area. I am not getting 4G speed.
I am fed of the service so I want to terminate my contract. So provide me the Pac code.

If you are six months in on your contract you will probably have termination fees to pay
