I've eventually managed to find out that the Pixel 6 Pro is out of stock (order placed 25/10) and it will be more than 6 weeks until I get the device.

To claim the Bose headphones I need to submit the application less than 45 days from the order date AND with the IMEI number of the new device. Obviously can't supply that as O2 aren't giving me the device in time.

So O2, how do you intend to supply customers like me the headphones we were promised when we signed our agreement?

Speak to Google they have messed up the delivery dates to all networks, through their incompetence, and the offer was offered by them and not by o2.
