I've had a voice mail that has told me that I have to change my pin number as it is set to default and to keep my mailbox secure i must change my pin to a 4-10 digit pin followed by the hash key. As I don't recollect using a pin to access my mail box an no message is showing when I log on to MyO2 what is this referring to?

@CaveBann

It's relating to your voicemail and is required to access your voicemail remotely.

You should be asked to set a PIN the first time you use the service.

Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

To change your PIN
Call 901 from your mobile
Press the * (star) key
You will hear the main menu options - select option 'four'
Follow the prompts to complete the change

Default PIN is 8705
