Phone won’t show callers number

My daughters phone has always been problematic showing numbers when we calll using regular phones - it’s fine using WhatsApp etc but shows no caller I’d for everyone’s number which is not turned on at all! Has anyone got any idea of how to fix this - we thought when we moved her over to our old iPhone X when we upgraded it may fix it but it hasn’t.

it's an account setting called "plist" which needs turning on.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
