Phone incoming and outgoing calls

I am unable to make or receive calls. I am a shielded person due to the current situation and find it very distressing not to mention inconvenient. What is causing this issue

It will be with the tech teams to fix and restore service as soon as they can, there are no time scales to a resolution

I am having this problem yet again!!! I can’t go out and this is my only way of contact. This service is very poor
