Hi all, I am currently roaming in the USA,  but am unable to make or receive calls and texts, data working ok. On another phone ( same contract) can't use anything except WiFi. The contracts had free roaming.  I can't contact o2 directly due to this. Can anyone help?

You will need 4g calling to be enabled to make calls in US.

USA - Roaming with O2

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

If you have internet access you can reach out to o2 using Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) and call +44 800 902 0217 (you will need to call during UK hours)...

No one on this customer to customer community can help.
