I am being charged for a plan and phone I did not order these they are a result of a spam and fraud attack

will you cancel these chages

This is not O2 but a community of customers

You need to speak directly to O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

Also speak to your bank in case your financial details have been compromised

@mhl As well as reporting this to O2 you need to report it to the police: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
