Phone Reactivation Times

My phone bill was overdue as there was a problem with my bank account, but I didn't get an email or text saying that it was overdue they just cut my phone off.

 

I have now paid the bill and have waited hours for my phone to sart working again but I still cannot use it. Does anyone know how long it will take for it to work again as I am waiting on a couple of calls.

Normally they send you a prior text warning of the non payment.

I would suggest you telephone 02 to confirm you've paid and request your services be re instated.

Do this from a friends or family members 02 phone or ring their landline number.
