I was recently sent an 02 sim without being informed it would be a monthly charge, I am a virgin media customer. I was unaware of this SIM card even being in existence and it has now damaged my credit report. I have now payed the bill and would like to speak to Payment management. When will this be updated across credit reporting that it has been payed and can it be removed from my credit report from 02 as I was unaware of this sim being activated ? I have called over 10 times and keep getting hung il

on. I was on the phone for 7 hours Friday and still couldn’t reach anyone

You need to speak to Virgin, as you will have signed upto it as part of Ooomph package, and will have been on the contract you signed with them..

It wont be removed as the chargers are legimate, as the sim was always sent activated, or did you think you would get away with it because your assumed wrongly you had to activate it and not pay for it..

You would need to email the credit referrals team at o2, to see of there is anything they can do.. creditfilereferrals@telefonica.com

But dont expect anything...
