Hi,
Could you please change the DD on my account for the end of the month and last working day of every month moving forwards. As I don’t get paid before that and I can’t clear my funds. Also could you please don’t turn off my data and calling until then. Thank you

This isnt Customer Services, and we dont have access to your account.
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and they can change the date of your direct debit.
Depending on the status of your account, is whether they can extend any payment terms, but bare in mind any late payments will affect your credit file, as will a payment plan.
