Hi...I have just switched to another provider and I'm trying to pay off my Device Plan and final charges but all I'm getting is dead ends, regardless of what number I call. I cancelled my DD as I want to pay using a credit card and I've received a letter from O2 with the final figure but all the telephone numbers on the letter lead to the same automated system which basically just tells me to go to myO2 and then cuts me off. The myO2 account for this number has been closed so I really don't know what else to do!

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217
