Hi, im a new customer, and if I were to purchase an eSIM sim only contract right now on your website, will I be able to activate it right away or still need to wait to receive a letter to activate it? If it’s through email, how long does it take for the email to arrive on average?

Should be in your MyO2 instantly.
A couple of people on here have had issues with esims but mostly around sim and phone swaps. Personally, I've had no issues with mine.
