Pass contract over to owner

My ex is on my contract, is there a way to pass it over to him, so i dont have to deal with it

No I'm afraid not. You are responsible until contract end. Depending on your current relationship, ask him if he is willing to pay for it. If so, you can change the bank details in My O2 (so money comes out of his account.)

If he refuses, then you are stuck I'm afraid. You can't stop paying for it as it will affect your credit rating.
