Hi
I have 4 Vodafone accounts that I've commenced process of porting to O2 as part of the Volt Virgin deals. The process started on 26/11 with my first O2 sim supplied via Virgin. This never turned up so I headed to the local shop and picked up 4 Sims on 2/12. It took about a week to get O2 to get the first 2 numbers onto the network. The third number remains without network service despite getting another O2 sim and at an increased contract price as a possible resolution to the lack of service. Eventually I've put the phone on a PAYG contract with O2 as a temporary measure.
How do I get to speak with someone at O2 to resolve the issue??? I've had 2 weeks solid of we're working on it but can't update you more than this. I've used PM via Messenger. I've tweeted, I've emailed, I've phoned, I've complained - still no assistance. Does anyone know how to contact someone technical to resolve. Thanks Dan.

Did you get this resolved? I had a similar problem porting from Virgin.

Virgin have been having allsorts of problems with porting out, it doesn't help that some are EE MVNO customers and some are Vodafone MVNO customers, and at some point last week they couldn't issue PAC Codes, due to the mass exodus as part of the Virgin PAYG Shutdown.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
