I have just moved over to O2. When purchasing my Sim online yesterday I put in my PAC code so I could keep my number. My PAC code from my old provider expires after today, will I need a new PAC code or will the one I entered be okay?

@Jeff5

In view of the time constraints, I'd call O2 today to check it is being procesed.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
