Placed order today for meta quest 3 and airpods my upfront payment has been processed at my bank however I have not recueved any order number or confirmation from o2

You need to call the sales team for an update - their numbers are 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255

@BOWROBE if you sign in to MyO2 on the website and then go to shop you may find the items are still in your basket with a message stating it’s awaiting credit check results.

 

If it is awaiting credit check results DO NOT call the sales team, you’ll likely find they’ll cancel the order and then have you go through the order with them again on the phone and you’ll just get the same result. If it’s awaiting credit check results all you can do is wait
